Additional Facilities

The J. Scott Early Funeral Home provides space for all of your family's anticipated needs.  There are washrooms accesible to all on each level, and a baby changing centre for your convenience.

One of our nicest rooms is our children's play room.  Not just a corner of the adults lounge, or a designated spot with a toy or two - our children's room has a multitude of toys for all ages, a selection of children's movies on VHS and a playstation for those so inclined.  Quite often, the Hunter's son, seven year old Jake, will be found here during visitation.  He enjoys helping the younger children find something to play with, or putting on a movie for them.

We also offer the kids a selection of books, some of which are grief based which may be useful for a parent to share with them during a time of family bereavement.  Colouring books talking about funerals and customs are also available.

Arrangement Area This space is generally used when making funeral arrangents with our families.  We'll have some coffee or tea, and go through all of the necessary details with you.  This room is adjacent to those that accomodate the caskets and urns for your convenience.

A space for everything At the J. Scott Early Funeral Home, our rooms are very versatile, and we will find a way to arrange them to suit your very unique needs.  A quiet corner can be just what is needed sometimes.
