OUR HERITAGEJ. Scott Early Funeral Home was established in 1987 by funeral director, Scott Early a native of Campbellville, and his wife Michelle.  Together Scott and Michelle ran the funeral home for over 18 years while raising their daughters, Becky and Chelsea.  The building at 21 James Street is one of historic significance as the former home and offices of Dr. Syer.  The Earlys worked very hard to restore the interior of the home to it's former glory after a period of other ownership.

In the summer of 2005,  Kim and Rebecca Hunter took ownership of the business and have continued to take pride in operating the funeral home in a family environment.  Both of the Hunters are licenced funeral directors who care deeply about what they do.
