|Reese Lewis, Funeral Director's Assistant|
Reese was born and raised and currently lives with his family here in Milton. He is married to Emma, an RN on the Obstetrics Unit of the Milton District Hospital and they have 2 children. Connor is a competitive swimmer with the Milton Marlin Swim Team and Devon is a dancer with the Dance Elite School for the Arts. Reese was raised in the family of a Presbyterian minister and his family are current members of Knox Presbyterian Church on Main St. Reese volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Milton Marlin Swim Team where he is a Level 2 Official and is the Officials Chairperson for the team. When spare time allows, Reese enjoys spending time with his family and going on family trips together.
|Laurie Gracey, Housekeeping and Reception|
A longtime resident of Milton, Laurie has been a valued part of our staff since 2007. Her assistance with housekeeping and maintenance led to a more active role in assistance with reception, visitation and funeral services. A member of Knox Presbyterian Church in Milton, Laurie is also active in dog training and is involved in the Newfoundland Dog Club.
|Daryl Horlick, Funeral Assistant|
Daryl joined the J. Scott Early team in 2013 on a part time basis and enjoys the opportunity to work with families during visitation and services. Married with two grown sons, Daryl has experience working with the Hamilton Region Victim's Services Unit, in addition to his full time work in the fashion industry.
|Ellen Trafford, Hairdresser|
Ellen has lived in Milton since 1967 and has worked for J. Scott Early Funeral Home for more than 12 years. She is a professional hairstylist who's full time employ has been with "Danielas Place" for the past 25 years. We are fortunate to have her available to tend to the hairdressing needs of our families. In addition to her work as a hairstylist, often visiting clients in their home if needed, Ellen is also a full time Mom to Daniell and Joe.
|Chris Harris, Caterer|
Chris is a well known caterer in Milton who provides luncheons and hot meals for many local clubs, and organizations. We are indeed fortunate to have her preparing funeral luncheons, both in our lounge and at outside locations for our families.
|Melissa Watt, Co-op Student|
Melissa is new to our staff, and is currently completing a term of co-op education, through Gary Allen High School. She hopes to further her education, attending Humber College to study Funeral Service Education, and ultimately become a licensed funeral director. Outside of her work and school activities Melissa enjoys, reading, photography, painting, and spending time with her family.

A resident of Georgetown, Ontario Bob is someone who assists us with funerals and visitation. Bob earned his Funeral Director's Licence more than 25 years ago and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. Married to Mardelle, an Educational Assistant with the Halton District School Board, and the father of two grown children, Bob is primarily retired and enjoys working with us in funeral service on part time basis.
